Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Polaris

Liked the whirlpool room. Check in and check out was super easy on the app. Cons: The pool was not heated during our stay. The hot tub is not in service. The is the toilet paper is rough and you have to hold the handle down the entire time to flush the toilet. The air conditioner rattled a little but we used a noise machine to sleep so it didn't bother us. Pros: The room was spacious. Bed was firm. I liked it but husband thought it was too firm. Room temperature did not fluctuate much and stayed comfortable. There were plenty of outlets but we had to unplug the phone to use the plugs on one side of the bed. Whirlpool tub is large, but only for one. Water was hot, almost instantly. A lot of our activities were nearby so the location was perfect for us and in a nice area. I would stay here again.

Service was great, rooms clean, nice location with tons of good restaurants nearby. Pillows were a bit "flat" and of different sizes. Ask for fresh/new pillows on arrival.

Great location, furniture seems a bit worn, but my room (412) was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Liz at the front desk helped to resolve a minor issue with my reservation. She was very pleasant and attentive with other guests.I’ll update this review when I check out in a couple of days. 8/27/25: checking out today. I didn’t get a chance to dine at the hotel restaurant but my expectations were met at this hotel. Liz was very patient , pleasant,courteous, and professional . Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Our group recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a car show, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Mike, the general manager, and his team were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, resourceful, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Despite the challenging conditions, they did their best to make sure there was parking for everyone in our group and the hotel. Their dedication to ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay was evident in every interaction. The rooms were in good condition, the amenities top-notch, and the overall atmosphere welcoming. Honestly, the only reason I would suggest not staying here is to ensure there are enough rooms for our group next year! Thank you, Mike and the entire Hilton Garden Inn team, for making our stay memorable. We can't wait to return!

My room was clean and bed was comfortable. Cameron was so wonderful and helpful throughout my stay! He deserves a shout out for being so nice!

Standard Hilton Garden Inn the front desk folks were very nice. It is in a fantastic location close to the mall, activities and plenty of food options.

My recent stay at hilton garden inn columbus/polaris was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will be staying here again on my next trip.
